Teachers’ Performance and Learners’ English Proficiency Level in the Regional Achievement Test (RAT)

Teachers performance can have a significant impact on the proficiency levels of their pupils. The study aimed to determine (1) teachers (2) pupils level English Proficiency and (3) relationship towards proficiency. respondents were selected thirty-eight (38) ninety-one (91) from schools in Legislative I District Division Cagayan de Oro City Year 2021-2022. researcher used Universal Sampling Method that is, all as well included conduct 2022 Regional Achievement Test (RAT) taken this with total one hundred twenty-nine (129). It employed descriptive correctional method research. Data gathered through process documentary analysis. Statistical treatments such mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient presenting analyzing data. Results showed majority Level Performance is at Very Satisfactory while was nearly proficient level.
